Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal Payments or online Credit Card payments via the Secure PayPal Credit Card Payments service.
Once your payment has been confirmed we will purchase a host product on your behalf and proceed to modify it according to your instructions. The host product from the onset belongs to you and as we respect your privacy we promise not divolge your purchase to any third party.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us on 01908-270007 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
When your order has been assembled and tested we will ship as soon as possible unless you ask us to let you know before hand so that you can make arrangements to be in.
All parcels are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery in plain packages with just the wording FRAGILE and your address and our packing list details in a stick on window pouch.
Our sender return message "G.McGuire, 47 Passmore, MK6 3DY" will also appear somewhere on the package.
We may also include a "Prevent Credit Card Fraud" message just in case the parcel arrives and the recipient does not know anything about the order.
We will email you the shipping details and a link to the Royal Mail tracking website so you can find out exactly where your parcel is at any time. You will need to provide a signature on delivery so someone must be available otherwise the parcel will be returned to the depot and card left to let you know.
Once we have posted your order with a printed label from the delivery details you provided we can not be held responsible for loss or incorrect delivery resulting in a delay of delivery of your order.
We will of course start a claim to recover the cost and if successful replace your order but we can not be held responsible for fraud or mistakes that are out of our control.
When your order is ready to ship we will email you with the delivery details. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit or if the contents do not agree with the packing list so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Security Check - After placing your order you may be asked at a later date to confirm the exact amount we have taken from your credit card account - your order will be cancelled if you can not provide us with this information when asked.

If you cancel your order the same working day and the goods have not been sent out then there is no charge, we just delete the order from our records.
If the goods have been sent out you can still cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days however you will be expected to pay the cost of postage and insurance.
Goods Returned for refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If you have requested a special product of your choice or requested special work to be done on a product, for example re-sprayed a different colour this will be charged for separately and the cost of such work is not refundable.
Before you return the product contact us by email via the site or telephone (01908-270007) quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Don't forget you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
